Does climate change lead to language change?

In this seven minutes podcast on Indian languages, I discuss whether climate change is bringing changes in languages people speak in India. Are there new words coined which reflect similar urgency about climate change as observed in the European languages?

My primary contention – Indian languages are inherently concerned about the environment and sustainable living.
